3) For UK returns we recommend your return the goods via Royal Mail recorded delivey. For our heaviest item this will not cost more than £5.

4) For International returns please use your local postal courier, the cost of returning is the customers responsibility.

5) For International returns please contact us via email customerservices@kindredsole.com to confirm the return.

6) Please insure the value of your package. The item is your responsibility until it is received in our warehouse.

7) Once we confirm they are unworn and in their original packing we will issue you with a refund within 2 working days.
