Lily Allen has announced the launch of her capsule collection for her current retail project Lucy In Disguise. Anyone who has been following Lily Allen's documentary on Channel 4 Riches To Rags (Tuesdays 10pm)  will know Lily Allen has denounced herself from music and has set up shop with sister Sarah Owen.
