Chanel Shoes: Swoon! The ever fabulous Chanel Cruise 2012 show that was staged in the gardens of the Chateau de Versailles (did we mention swoon?!) was the happily ever after we all dream off. With beauty, elegance and perfection this Chanel show was simply WOW. But beauty has a dark side and Model Meghan Collison has revealed to WWD that the £525, plastic-and-leather heels she modelled "destroyed" the back of her feet. "I was bleeding afterward". Ouch that doesn't sound very swoon-worthy to us!
It's got us thinking have we all worn beautiful shoes that aren't beautiful to our precious feet?

The Chanel Shoes worn by Model Model Meghan Collison sure are pretty!
Reminiscent of a Cinderella Slipper these Chanel bad boys are undeniably pretty, dreamy and utterly perfect. With a price tag of £525 do you expect to be all of the above and comfortable?! Were sat on the fence on this one, they are Chanel afterall and we all know that sometimes fashion can't be comfortable so is it just a case of grin and bare it?
Model Meghan Collison said "Hard plastic with no socks on? Not fun! Especially because we had rehearsal three times. I walked around for the next week with the backs of my moccasins folded down to let them heal!" Ouch! Gotta admire the girls dedication to such beauty. So we ask you, are pretty shoes such as these beauties from Chanel worth a few blisters and more importantly do you expect to be uncomfortable in shoes that are truly truly beautiful?
P.S the shoes in question will be available from Chanel stores in November - we can but dream!
