Britain’s Next Top Model Live 2010 debuted at London Excel on Friday 22nd October. Kindred Sole Edition was there to meet the talented Britain’s Next Top Model girls, preview the BNTM Catwalk, get top tips from industry experts as well as catch with BBC Radio 1Xtra Gemma Cairney (BBC Radio1 fashion expert). Not forgetting the fabulous Kiss Open Catwalk hosted by the fabulous Emma Willis including performances by Diana Vickers and the infamous fashion blogger ‘The Style Pa’ who’s catwalk look featured Kindred Sole’s very own Sidesaddle Tan Ankle Boots.

Following Gemma Cairney’s report on our blog 'Festival Fashion’ in the summer, it was great to catch up with her at Britain’s Next Top Model event about her latest fashion venture, which is also for a great cause.

Gemma Cairney’s latest fashion venture is for the charity ‘Global Cool’ which promises to help you “turn up the style, turn down the heat”. We caught up with Gemma on the kitsch sofa to find out more.

“I’ve been learning how to make pom-poms which is really cool. I’ve even made my own jumper with my initials on. It’s really nice to have an item that is individual.”
